UNATTACH - REFUND POLICY

Effective as of November 29, 2023.

At Unattach, we are committed to providing a high-quality service that meets the needs of our customers. We understand that there may be instances where Unattach may not be the right fit for everyone. In such cases, we offer a straightforward and hassle-free return policy.

  1. Eligibility for Refund. If you find that Unattach does not meet your requirements, you are eligible to request a full refund of your subscription fee.
  2. Refund Request Period. Refund requests must be made within 14 days of subscribing to any of our plans.
  3. Requesting a Refund.
    1. If not already, sign in to your Unattach account.
    2. Go to the Contact Us page.
    3. In the message, request a refund and the reason for your request. Although a reason is not required, we appreciate any feedback as it helps us improve our service.
    4. We will process your refund request within days of receiving your message.
  4. Refund Processing.
    1. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
    2. It may take up to 10 days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or credit card issuer.
  5. Limitations.
    1. Refunds are only applicable to the subscription fee. Any other charges, such as transaction or processing fees, are not refundable.
    2. Refunds are limited to the first-time purchase of a subscription and do not apply to recurring subscription renewals.
